Incentive Travel Volunteer Excursion

BeachCorps is a new kind of volunteer vacation that uses great vacations, people-to-people engagement and sustainability campaigns to empower worthy nonprofit causes and support sustainable development.  With regular volunteer programs beginning in the summer of 2019, we are offering businesses a special pilot project incentive travel excursion in January or February 2019 to volunteer for one of the wonderful nonprofit causes BeachCorps supports.  Are you a trailblazer company? Incentive travel linked to volunteering for a REAL nonprofit can:

• engage employees and raise morale before the trip by letting employees select one of our great nonprofits to support;
• create excellent team building exercises during the volunteer work;
• easily combine fun and relaxation at the beach with meaningful volunteering;
• educate employees about cultural differences and create global citizens; 
• open new social media and public relations opportunities by profiling your volunteer work and commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

This special offer only applies in January or February 2019.  Pay $50pp for an excursion and $50pp donation that goes 100% to your nonprofit cause per day (choose 1 or 2 days) = $100pp total per day.  Limit 22. Your volunteer project will include:

• Transportation to and from the volunteer project via Runners Adventures, the biggest excursion provider in the country that is also highly rated on Trip Advisor.
• Official BeachCorps/Runners Adventures guides who can interpret, plus program leadership from your local nonprofit causes.
• An explanation of the nonprofit cause, including from local Dominicans supporting the cause.
• Team-building exercises designed in consultation with company management.  How about creating your company logo out of sand on the beach? 
• Interactive people-to-people engagement where Dominicans and foreigners learn about each other, creating great cross-cultural awareness and understanding.
• An activity that continues people-to-people engagement advances the cause.  How about cooking a meal for a community to celebrate their commitment to recycling and a clean community? Or teaching English to kids who are agents of change in their own community?
• Pre-trip guidance on development in the Dominican Republic, the nonprofits you are supporting, and your project.
• All equipment and guidance in volunteering.
• Experienced bilingual guides (no Spanish required for volunteers).
• Water and soft drinks (non-alcoholic), Fresh fruits, Boxed lunch.
• Follow up photos and video from BeachCorps that advances the cause for you to share on your company website and social media and us to promote on BeachCorps.
